About Me

I believe that an empathetic, compassionate, and trustworthy approach to therapy is foundational to the therapeutic relationship. I love listening, supporting, and helping clients look within to find answers that ultimately empower them to grow and continue moving forward. 

I’m a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist treating children, teens, adults, and families in Hermosa Beach and virtually anywhere in California. I am a parent, have lived in the South Bay since I was a young adult, and I enjoy physical activity at the beaches on the many sunny days throughout the year.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology with Enlaces, certifying my training to provide therapy in both English and Spanish. I have provided therapy to high school students at a charter school in Los Angeles and worked with women, children, and families in a Domestic Violence Center. I have also previously worked in a People and Culture Leadership role supporting corporate employees with coaching, conflict resolution, well-being programs, and health benefits.

As a therapist and certified health coach, I believe in total well-being, encouraging clients to look at their lives holistically: Mental and emotional health, relationships, career goals, physical activity, nutrition, and spirituality (if applicable).

I am here to help clients pursue self-understanding, find the courage to face the “why,” and provide the tools to heal.
